Opt-In & Opt-Out Enforcement
Messages are only sent to end users who have explicitly opted in, as required by Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. Clients must maintain consent records. End users can reply "STOP" at any time, and we enforce opt-out processing within 24 hours.
Template Approval Workflow
All template messages must be pre-approved by Meta before sending. NotiFly enforces template categories (utility, authentication, marketing) and blocks unapproved templates at the API level. The 24-hour customer service window rule is enforced for session messages.
Abuse Prevention
We actively monitor for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, and policy violations. Accounts involved in abuse are rate-limited, warned, suspended, or terminated depending on severity. We cooperate with Meta on platform integrity enforcement.
Encrypted & Isolated Data
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Each business account is completely isolated, with no cross-account data access. API credentials are hashed and never exposed in logs.

NotiFly uses Meta's official Cloud API (v22.0) for all message delivery. No third-party proxies, no unofficial integrations. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays safe and fully compliant with Meta's platform terms.
Data Retention & Deletion
Message retention depends on plan and platform configuration. Delivery metadata is kept for reporting purposes. You can request full account and data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@datamatics.pk.
