You pay one fixed PKR rate per message. No USD conversion, no Meta billing, and no surprise line items. This is the simplest option to manage.
Separate
You pay NotiFly for the platform, and Meta's WhatsApp charges are billed separately at cost. Ideal if you want to see every part of your spend.

Why are there two separate charges?
Because two different companies are involved. Meta charges for WhatsApp message delivery. NotiFly charges for the platform, including the dashboard, API, inbox, webhooks, and support. In the Separate model, these are shown separately so your bill is easy to understand.
What about taxes?
Meta bills in USD. Your final PKR amount may vary depending on your bank's conversion rate and applicable government taxes (GST, WHT). These are shown separately on your invoice.
What are the four message types?
Marketing: Promotional messages such as campaigns, offers, and product recommendations.
Utility: Helpful updates such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and reminders. These are free when sent inside an open service window.
Authentication: OTPs and verification messages for login, signup, or secure actions.
Service: Your replies to customer messages within a 24-hour window. These are always free.
What changed in April 2026 for Pakistan?
Meta increased Pakistan's utility and authentication rates from $0.0054 to $0.0100 per message (an 85% increase). Marketing rates remained at $0.0473. Service messages remain free.
Which plans are available?
Two monthly plans, billed in PKR: Lite at Rs. 8,900 (team inbox, templates, REST API) and Standard at Rs. 21,900 (broadcasts up to 25,000 contacts, AI chatbot with 5,000 credits, Shopify automations). Annual billing saves 20%. Higher-volume plans are available on request.
Are there monthly fees or setup charges?
Every account has a monthly NotiFly plan, billed in PKR: Lite Rs. 8,900 or Standard Rs. 21,900 (annual billing saves 20%). WhatsApp message charges are NOT included in the plan fee and are billed additionally per message sent.
All-Inclusive: message charges at fixed PKR rates, Meta’s fee bundled in, we handle Meta billing. Separate: Meta’s charges are passed through at cost with zero markup, and your WABA can live in your own Meta Business Manager.
A one-time onboarding and setup fee of Rs. 15,000 applies to new accounts. There is no long-term contract.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa for PKR payments. For USD payments, we accept wire transfer. You prepay your balance, and message charges are deducted as you send.
