Yes. That is exactly what the official WhatsApp Business API is for. Messages are sent from your verified business number using Meta-approved message templates and are delivered to any opted-in customer number, whether or not that customer has saved your number in their phone. The requirement is customer consent (opt-in), not a saved contact. This is different from the WhatsApp Business App, where broadcast lists only reach people who have saved your number.

Yes. Broadcast campaigns on the NotiFly platform support large contact databases with CSV import, segmentation, scheduling and delivery tracking. WhatsApp requires that recipients have opted in to hear from you, and account quality is protected by increasing sending volume gradually. The Datamatics team advises on a compliant onboarding plan for large databases as part of setup.

There is a one-time onboarding and setup fee of Rs. 15,000 for new accounts. It covers account setup, business verification, WhatsApp template creation and approval, testing, contact import and team training. After that you pay only your monthly plan and message charges.

You do. Your WABA is set up under your own Meta Business Manager whenever you have one; if you do not have a Meta Business account or company documents yet, we can host the setup under our verified business and transfer it to your own Business Manager later. Your phone number and message templates remain your assets either way. You can migrate your number to another BSP or to a direct Meta Cloud API setup at any time, without our approval and with no migration fee. There is no lock-in.
